Auto Value and its employees are strong believers and supporters of giving back to the communities and the people they serve. Each year we choose a worthy cause:
In 2008, almost $10,000 was donated to The Original 1-800-Charity Cars where 1,000 vehicles were refurbished to assist disadvantaged families.
In 2009, $15,000 was given to Susan G. Komen for the Cure with proceeds generated from company-wide sales of a pink die-cast collector Cadillac scale replica.
In 2010, $50,000 in donations were made to Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
In 2011, throughout the National Car Care Month of October, Auto Value service centers and parts stores promoted both the Be Car Care Aware program and National Breast Cancer Awareness by providing free materials to customers on the importance of breast health and vehicle preventative maintenance. Plus, they served as a collection point for donations to BCRF.
Auto Value has awarded over a quarter of a million dollars for college scholarships to employees, affiliates, and/or their children.
